Climbing hills is perhaps the hardest parts of biking. It’s difficult to carry speed up them and they can quickly deplete your energy. Here are some tips to help you. Stand up tall in your seat insted of hunching over. Try to drop your elbows and you can keep your upper body relaxed. This is optional, but it helps for your hands to 2-3 inches from the center stern and on top of the bars. For the best breathing, make sure that your shoulders are back and your chest is open. It’s better to stay seated on the bike than it is to stand up, but if you don’t then here’s some tips. The bike should be spinging comfortable side to side beneath you. In order to take advantage of the extra power, shift up 2 gears when you stand up. The downside is that you don’t have alot of time standing because it uses up much more energy than sitting down. Cycling Tutorials
